Retreat Information

We strive to ensure that all retreat descriptions, itineraries, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, details may change due to weather, local conditions, vendor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Gallivant & Gather reserves the right to modify itineraries while maintaining the overall quality and experience of the retreat.

Reservations & Payments

Retreat reservations are made and confirmed on an individual basis. All payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund terms, assumption of risk/liability, and additional waivers are detailed in your individual G&G Retreat Attendee Agreement.

Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Travel insurance

  • Flights

  • Health requirements

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, transportation delays, weather, and unforeseen events. By participating in a Gallivant & Gather retreat, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallivant & Gather shall not be liable for injuries, losses, delays, damages, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government actions, supplier failures, or travel disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, copy, and branding are the property of Gallivant & Gather and may not be used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
